Most tarpaulin suppliers cut standard sheets from bought-in rolls. We weave, coat and stitch our own fabric — so the size, the weight, the finish and the eyelets are all yours to specify, not ours to compromise on.
Anyone can hem a sheet and punch eyelets in it. The things that decide whether a tarpaulin lasts a season or five — the yarn, the weave density, the coating, the treatment — are decided at the loom, long before anyone cuts it to size. That part happens in our factory, which is why we can change it for you.
Everything here is made to your size and your material. Click any product to open what we can specify — and what we already weave today.

We coat the PVC ourselves — the base cloth, the coating weight and the lacquer are ours to specify, not bought in on a roll. For one-off fitted curtain-siders a local fitter still makes sense; for volume cover programmes, the factory that makes the fabric wins.
If your product is close to any of these, ask — the answer is usually yes.
Most tarpaulin suppliers are converters — they buy rolls and cut them. That's why they can only sell you what the roll came as. We start at the yarn.
120 DORNIER looms and our own dyeing and coating lines. The fabric spec is ours to change, which is why "any size, any material" is a real offer and not a slogan.
No standard-sheet constraint. Size, weight, colour, treatment, eyelet type and spacing — all specified by you.
Our ISO 14001 certificate explicitly covers tarpaulins, dropsheet and cover all — not an adjacent claim.
We already weave HDPE with LDPE coating for our relief tents — the exact construction agency plastic sheeting calls for.
Extreme cold and dry climates do not need the same treatments as humid ones. We match the chemistry to where your product will live — better for your cost, and no wasted chemicals.
Under-quoting breaks a market and a product, so we do not do it. We quote what it costs to make properly — and stand behind it.
The questions trade and agency buyers ask us most often.
Send us your dimensions, your material and what the tarpaulin has to survive — we'll come back within 24 hours with a quotation and a fabric recommendation.
